What hire periods are available?
Weekends, weekdays and public holidays. During the summer months we do get booked out very quickly so please plan and allow as much time as possible to avoid disappointment. We do not hire outside from November to February
Which area do you hire castles out to?
We cover Essex .And some of North Kent, Just ring for a quote.
How long do you need to set up and take down the bouncy castles?
Depending on access to your home / premises we should be set up in about 20 minutes and then the same time when picking the castle up.
What preparation is needed before you arrive?
Please make sure that any hallways, side passages, or any other access to your garden / play area are clear of obstacles etc and that grass, patio areas etc are free of any sharp objects. You will be charged if we have to clear any items or cut any bushes ,tress etc to erect the inflatable's. Bouncybits takes no responsibility to damage to customers property if we have to come through the house etc .Please make sure a clear access way is provided upon delivery.
How much room do you need to erect a bouncy castle?
Our castle sizes are approximate, but please take into account that the castle needs about 2-3 feet at the back for the blower. At the front of the castle please allow at least 6-8 feet from any walls, trees etc. Any overhanging trees, prickly shrubs, bushes need to be pruned back. Please contact us for advice if you are not sure as local conditions vary quite considerably so we may make a visit to the site so as to determine the safest size to fit If the inflatable can not fit in the space provided ,and no other alternative can be given the customer will be charged for the hire . So Please make sure the inflatable you have booked will fit in the space
WHAT HAPPENS IF ITS RAINING ON THE DAY ?
We will ring you and discuss the booking if to cancel or try and deliver another time.
But we at Bouncybits have the right to cancel due to weather conditions .
